The Little Athletics SA Winter Race Walking Season provides young athletes a chance to try race walking. Any athletes from U/7 to U/17 can come and take part. If you are a current member of a Little Athletics Club, you can turn up on any of the days of the Winter Race Walking Season and participate. 

FREE ENTRY FOR ALL MEETS!

The dates:

Meet 1 - Saturday 6th May

Meet 2 - Saturday 27th May

Meet 3 - Saturday 3rd June

Championship Meet - Saturday 17th June  (to be eligible for the Championship Meet, athletes must have attended at least one of the three previous meets)

Location of all meets:  Adelaide Hockey Clubrooms, corner of Greenhill Road and Peacock Road.

Times for the events (same time for all meets):

U/9 to U/11      12.00pm     1km distance

U/6 to U/8        12.20pm     500m distance (Fun Walk)

U/12 to U/17    12.45pm     2km distance

**  Please make sure you are at the event 20 minutes prior to the starting time **
