COACH -  BOB CRUISE

Bob Cruise is a Level 4 Athletics Australia Specialist Race Walking Coach. He has coached numerous Australian and State champions from little athletes to masters athletes. His mission is 'To build Character and Champions'.

Bob currently coaches on Tuesday and Thursday evenings commencing at 4:30pm. Training sessions are held at South Australian Athletics Stadium (Mile End) and all interested athletes are welcome. 

Bob has written a range of useful booklets to support race walkers, including information on nutrition & hydration, flexibility, training plans, warm up & cool down and the mechanics of race walking. All of these booklets are attached as documents below.
